OMG Mr. Beer is freaking hilarious

As Pudge asked how long folks stay with straight Mr Beer: I started modifying recipes on my 4th batch. It was that long only because the first 3 weren't done conditioning until then, and sound advice was to first get familiar with straight HMEs before modifying recipes that use them. Over time their HMEs got phased out of my recipes. I do still use the LBK for lagers since my beer fridge has limited room, and one BrewDemon HME as a time saver in a couple of recipes.
