So is it closest, even if you miss the date? If person A has Tuesday, and #200 happens Wednesday, and person B has Friday, A wins, right?

By the way, I want to cry foul. I looked at the most recent joiners, and it's clear that something smells bad, I mean real bad. 198 people, but look at the last joiners:

Mrs. Fedora Dave
Fedora Dave's Brother
Fedora Dave's customer the 84 year old lady
Fedora Dave's sister in-law
Fedora Dave's cat
Swenocha's Uncle Rudy
Swenocha's sister MaryLou

Then the next few were really suspicious, and smells like Louie is in on it, you know how he was trying to raise the count for his brother's gun designs? Well, look who the last 3 joiners are:

Gary's friend Burt
Gary's friend Ernie
Gary's friend Mary

And if you look at the poll data on the gun design site, the last few poll entries are:

BrownstotheBone's sister Emma
BrownstotheBone's friend Barry
BrownstotheBone's mother LouLou

This looks like Louie and BrownstotheBone are in cahoots.

I tell you, this is a fixed election!
