Wear em all just in case some one has one just like yours. You could change colors on the fly

This round of T's were shipped by pack mule I think! 10 days after they notified me they shipped, they have now just made it to Indiana from Texas!
I think the first round I had them less than a week after the notification!

What i don't get, is that they sent mine to indiana from texas. "I think I'm gonna reroute my trip
I wonder if anybody'd think I'd flipped
If I went to L.A., via Omaha"

Omaha's in Indiana now? When did that happen? Last time I drove through it, it was in Nebraska (although just barely).

What a stressful day trying to figure this thing out. It certainly is not as automated as they tout it to be. There is a bleeder valve that is quite the joke. There is no way to put a hose on it, and if you don't, hot wort goes all over the ground and on the equipment. That will be changed. I got one hell of a burn on my hand trying to prime the damn thing. Also the chiller I had a problem getting the wort chilled to a pitching temp. We used an ice bath and a hell of a lot of ice. I wasted a lot of water and was quite pissed about that. I missed the operation on how to regulate o2 in the chiller so needless to say I got a slow ferment. I also put the filter on backwards, but lucked out and didn't plug the chiller.

I was kegging beer when it came time to lauter, so when my wife started the 10 inch burner, she cranked it wide open. She comes in the house telling me about a leak. The flame was licking the temp probe and leaking pretty good. I got that stopped when I noticed the leak from the site glass. It melted a little bit but not enough to sweat it too much. The burner got so hot that the plate that the kettle was on was warping. Once I got the temp down it settled out and that was good.

I sure hope it goes better next weekend. But hey I had my borg shirt on and tried my best to smile. It can only get better from here out I suspect.

On the bright side Whamo, if beer making machines were really easy, everyone would have a fridge full of BMC beer and wouldn't stop by your brewpub.

Does look like a very nice rig. But once you figure things out, you'll know it inside and out. Hang in there!

Maybe you should teach your wife how to keg the beer instead of lighting burners.

I hope she doesn't read that. That could get my ass kicked. She used to train horses and I don't want no part of that
