Had a growler of it and thought it was very good, above average and prob the best ipa that I've had from ga breweries. Sweetwater ipa is a close second.

Bud Light Platinum............ and I like all kinds of beers, But really this ain't too bad. A friend gave me 2 - 12's of it because I help him out a lot on stuff and it's been in my fridg. for awhile. Decided to try one tonight. Just a no flavor, no body, no hops, no smell beer. But a smooth cold 6.0 ABV lager in a blue bottle, Would be a good summer time hot weather beer. It's 12 deg. outside now, I'd rather have a room temp stout.

I'm drinking this Falconers Flight IPA that been in the bottle just over 3 weeks. It's tasty. Only thing is that it tastes like I used Columbus and Simcoe and Cascade or Centennial. I realize that those hops might all be in FF, but I was expecting I dunno... more tropical or something?

I won't complain, I love all those hops, but not sure if this is what it's supposed to taste like or if my FF was a weird batch.

I poured a quality-control sip each of Lombard Street Swill and Bubs' Pale Ale. LSS has a light caramelly, slightly herbal/woody flavor that seems will be very clean when cold conditioning. I'm glad I tasted that one first before the pale ale. Bubs' has INTENSE pineapple and passion fruit flavor and aroma. I'm really glad I didn't use a bittering addition for it, and it's probably the hoppiest I can tolerate! Right on the border of enamel-ripping bitterness, yet so flavorful.

going to try out my new Nong citrus flavored brewski tonight. and then collect more long hammer IPA bottles that fell into my shopping cart while I was getting more water to brew with.

More of the FF IPA.

Started with a can of the Mr. Beer Oktoberfest, added 8 oz LME, steeped 1 pound Vienna, 1/2 oz fuggle for 50 minutes. I used US-05 yeast. Very clean taste, more like a larger than an ale. Not too malty, good body and head retention. Slightly over carbonated (my fault). Next time I'll use the correct hops and more of them, skip the LME and add more grain. With all that said - for my first partial grain beer, I think I did very well. Also, It had just 5 weeks in the bottle. I would bet the beer has more flavor to develop over the next month or two.

Kona Brewing Big Wave. Been sitting in my car all day, I bought it and forgot when I got distracted snow blowing but it tis perfect temp.

Bell's Oarsman. Discovered this by accident when I was at my HS reunion. The venue we were at had mostly BMC, but I spotted a row of Bell's bottles I had never seen before. Holy crap! It's a Berliner Weisse! Spent the whole night drinking this wonderful sour, and occasionally pick it up while travelling...
