Nothing in particular to post...Just bottled up my Hellfire Amber Ale as my first BrewDemon recipe..

Used the can of Hellfire Amber Ale, can of Mellow LME, and used S-04 for yeast...About 3 weeks in fermenter at 64-68 degrees, didn't take gravity readings but it smells and tastes pretty good already and has a nice color too it.

Your post made me thirsty as well. Wish I had one of yours in my fridge! I may have to try that one myself. Good luck and be sure to tell us what you think.

I just drank and gave all of my Bewitched Amber Ale Deluxe away. It was only my 3rd batch but it really came out good. (thanks to the BORG)

Why yes. Yes it is in fact. My favorite new beer glass at the moment as well. I just pour away with all that extra head space!

Looks delish!
I ordered a few Stone glasses for my 'personal' use only. Got a hat and a Ruin Ten t-shirt. I'm a Stone whore!

ok so taste testing -

Tried on about 1.5-2 weeks ago...Didn't really taste too good, was relatively flat.

Tried one today. Tastes pretty good. As of today has been in the bottle roughly 1 month and already tastes better than all of my Mr. Beer kits :/ Should taste great in another 2 weeks

I'm thinking about brewing some Hellfire Amber Ale, but i was also thinking about adding a little bit of cinnamon oil to the brew to help spice it up. What do you guys think and how much would i add to the 2 gallon batch.

Less is better than more. Don't overwhelm it. To test a spice addition I try drops in a glass. If you don't have any of the beer you want to spice handy, try something similar, or something light. I just read an article in Brew Your Own suggested a range: add spice tincture to a glass of beer one drop at a time until you can just taste it. Then keep adding it until it's too much. Somewhere in between is just right. You can spice the bottles at bottling, trying different amounts in groups. Let us know what you decide, and how it works out.
