Since my pipeline had to be dumped I'm taking the opportunity to try some new beers. Just bought a sixer of Third Streets' "Rise To The Top" cream ale.

I'm also thinking of foods that each of the new beers I try would pair with the best. So far, coincidentally, they all seem to pair the best with a couple of fingers worth of single malt Scotch.
