Bottled 2ish gallons each of my Oktoberfest and Pale Ale yesterday. Fired up a brown today, hoping it gets some nuttiness from the Victory malt as I've seen suggested.

I've got another Czech Pils going today. The last recipe scored a 33 at the Ohio State Fair. Both judges commented that the maltiness needed to be a little more noticeable. So I adjusted my water profile, added a little bit of Vienna malt and adjusted the hop scheduling a touch. Maybe it will help.

I bottled the Single/Patersbier I made from a reduced Karmelite grain bill and the New Nordic yeast.

It tasted very witbeery, which is about what I expected.

Brewing a Belgian Witbier that I have not done in about 3 years. The boil sure smells good!

Just kegged a batch of Milk Stout, it will condition til late next winter. Half-way though brewing up a Munich Helles. Going through all the steps trying to stay true to a M/Helles, lots of steps but not bad, it's so far lots easier than I thought it would be. Looking forward to trying this lager out in a couple months, will be a late summer/early fall easy drinker, I hope.

Today I'm dry-hopping my Nelmo (Nelson/Mosaic pale ale). 6 days since pitching yeast and I'm not only at FG but it's starting to settle as well.

Go yeast go!

YUM. YUM YUM. YUM YUM YUM.

Well, I just brewed a straight up 3 gallon SMaSH Patersbier - Just 4# of MoreBeer Pilsner, 1oz of Mt. Hood and 1 pack of Abbaye. Good but simple beer for a trial run of one of my new fermenters.

Just kegged a milk porter, bottled a few for my niece. I'm going to put it on nitro. I've got the equipment and gas, but haven't actually used it yet. I also put down a quick summer ale with amarillo, galaxy, and citra. Fruit bomb. Sipping on a local citra pale ale. It's summer, y'know.
