Spring seasonal - White IPA

Just opened a MB Spring seasonal, it hasn't been in the bottle very long, but I wanted to re-visit this beer. I did a batch of it last spring when it first came out, but I had so many different styles of beer at that time, I really didn't do an honest review of it and I don't think I gave any away to my beer friends for a review.
White IPA is a misleading name, not even close to a IPA. I do like the hints of spice I'm tasting, I wouldn't brew this one again if it became available. I have been a big fan of the MB seasonals and that's the only thing I have been buying from them lately. I think with a steep of carapils and some additional hops, this one could be a lot better but for the price of the seasonals I hate to add more and you shouldn't have to anyways, I like to brew them straight up. I'm thinking this might be my last MB brew That I will ever do. Yes I'll still use my LBK's (have 4 of them).
Bottom Line - not a bad beer, but not what I had hoped for.

I'm not a fan of that spring seasonal either. I really like the summer seasonal though... Bought some a few weeks ago on sale. I think the yeast makes all the difference; check it out!

Thanks, I just went to their site to check it out, and the Summer does sound good but says Limited Availability, so I don't know if they have any left. They use to sell the seasonals out fast and if you wanted some, you had to order it when it first became available. The Fall one sounds good too, why I liked them was how quick and easy you could brew a batch of good beer.

The summer is very good and well worth brewing up for an easy pipeline filler.
