as some of you are aware form a earlier post "opinions please" there is a local lady needing a transplant and is on the list but needs help defraying the cost of waiting. well they had another fund raiser tonight and while i was enjoying the music and the companionship. all i could think was i can't wait to get home and have a real beer.

Nah. Your heart is in the right place. Sometimes you just need some time to yourself. So just take it easy and take some time for yourself.

Next time be a teenager, and sneak some beer inside your jacket!
And if we're going to hell for what we think, I'm screwed!
Then again, I probably am anyway.

At least you will be in good company. Save me a seat at the bar if you get there before I do!

A bit off topic, JJ, I just noticed your username is missing the first "N" in Johnson.

We now return to your regularly scheduled thread.

with a common name like mine usually, i'm not the first james johnson(and all it's variations)to be on it. as i like to keep my name as close to thae same as i can(most folks don't notice i misspell it) in case i run up on an old friends who i lost touch with.(that's why i usually list my units and dates i served with 'em) so far i have found 4 guys i knew from the army and 1 kid who moved in the 10th grade. this is also how i originally signed up for MrB but they use to let you change names. i signed up here before i changed it there, and even though i knew i was amoung the first to sign up, old habits prevailed... "and now you know the rest of the story!"

Ohhhhh ok!

Now back on topic, you won't go to hell just for wanting to be home relaxing with a homebrew!

Wanting to go home will not send you hellbound. Leaving with the charitable proceeds in your pockets is another matter!
