Bourbon Barrel Nothwest Pale Ale

Since I liked my Bourbon Barrel Porter so much I decided to try another style.

1 can NWPA
1 lb amber DME
1/2 oz oak cubes soaked in 4 oz Jim Beam; will add to the last week of fermentation
.25 oz Mosiac 25 min boil
.25 oz Chinook 15 min
.25 oz Mosaic 10 min
will dry hop with .25 oz Cascade
S-05 yeast

Wort tasted great!!
