First extract brew in over a year!

If The Borg wouldn't mind, please look this over and let me know if it looks o.k.
As the title states this is the first extract recipe I've done in over a year, I'm going to top the fermenter off with cold water and I'm not quite sure of my procedure!
I'm doing an extract recipe for the time savings, because the pipeline is getting thin and work is slamming me right now!
