Ready, Get Set, GO! (New Hardware)
I got my new 35 qt SS pot. (For the second time really, the first had a weak handle.) And tonight I bent a 50' length of copper tube into a double coil for an immersion chiller. I am anxious to start using them. Maybe tomorrow, though I have other things to do too. I just used a growler and a pot for the coils, and a rum bottle for the tighter bends. It isn't beautiful, I had to pull the outer coil over the pot handles! But it will work fine.

Hope you get a chance to try them out tomorrow. My home made chiller is kinda ugly if you ask me, but it does the job.

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Very nice! Have a great time brewing.

I know I shouldn't rush it. That gets frustrating, and leads to mistakes. On the other hand, the chiller will shorten my brew day!
