A Pound of Centennial

I went to LHBS today to buy 2oz of Centennial for my next batch, Green Flash West Coast IPA clone. He only had 1 pound packs, at 25% off. Of course, I bought one. I got eight times the hops for 2.5x the price. And I just recently got 8oz of Cascade off ebay. I'm a little nervous, but I guess big bags of hops go with bigger batches.
Can we say more IPAs?

I buy most of my hops by the pound and save lots.
As for the GFWC IPA, I tried this last earlier this year and wasn't close. It was very good, I loved it and it had the aroma but not the taste.
Let me know how this turns out.

Centennial you say? You should make a Bell's Two Hearted Ale clone! It's an all-Centennial IPA and is mighty tasty!

A pound of Centennial, Yummm..... I just got one myself.
My house IPA uses them from start FWH to dry hop finish.

Cascade, my favorite...send some my way!....just read Saranac IPA original recipe is Cascade. Also Coors is the largest user of cascade......

I'm using the Szamatulski Clone Brews recipe: 13.8 lbs two row, 14 oz crystal 20, Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade and Columbus. Dry hop with Cascade, Columbus and Centennial. I looked at the Can You Brew It recipe, it's similar. What did you do?

Just tasted our Bells Two Hearted Ale Clone and have to agree with Russki it is OMG good.

I'll keep it in mind. But I haven't tried Bell's IPA yet.

Agreed - I just tried Bells for the first time this past weekend, got it at a beer place recommended by FedoraDave. Loved it too, definately going to be brewing a clone in the nearish future.

The Two Hearted Ale is one of my favorite IPAs.
And I have made 5 or 6 all Centennial IPAs based on different recipes including a Two Hearted Clone and they were all delicious.
