I actually thought time had expired but they reviewed it so I guess not. Never leave the game in the refs handss.

Did you hear the radio announcer for Auburn? Wild!
It was a great game and I didn't care who won. This is what college football is all about. I'm biased but the SEC kicks ass.

I can't believe Auburn did it again, WOW what a game. My Buckeyes needed Alabama to loose to have even a sliver of a chance after barely beating *ichigan. :banana:

Tigers shocked the FBS world today.

I like Saban due to ties to MSU but damn, what a f*cking stupid play going for a 57 yard FG with a kid who hadn't made anything near that long since.........ever.

About as stupid as Hoke going for 2 rather than the sure OT. Two really stupid calls by seasoned coaches today.

I don't follow college football so I may be wrong but shouldn't there be some trash talking between RickBeer and his foes or is that the wrong Ohio and Michigan game they were talking about on the news? :sweat:

Sorry Wings but I thought Hoke made the right call, he really nothing to lose and everything to gain and as he said, they couldn't stop OSU running game and he would have looked like a genius if they made it.

I think Saban forgot about the runback of a short field goal possibly happening and when he finally did, Auburn had won!!! :muahaha: :muahaha:

Right game, and can't really say anything bad about the way Michigan played, except for the fight that they instigated in the 2nd quarter, they played a good hard fought game. I also think Hoke going for 2 was the right call but they ran the wrong play.

Brewbirds trying to stir things up... :lol:

I spent yesterday from 8AM until 8PM moving stuff from my in-laws house to their assisted living, then watched the DVR'd game. I was AMAZED that Michigan played like they did, the rest of the season wasn't even close to this level of play. Not even close.

I was surprised that Michigan went for 2 given their inability this season to score from the ten yard line numerous times. And Devon Gardner's ability to do stupid things when under pressure. Supposedly Hoke asked the seniors and they said they wanted to go for it, i.e. he let kids tilt his decision? My son said that Ohio would have scored again and then they would have lost anyway.

well rick that game's always been a dogfight anyway. i think your son was right. consitering how the rest of the game went. living in Ga and i was in a hostile room. they wanted the bucks knocked off to help their (then) #4 auburn. so nobody wanted to hear "go bucks" from the yankee. :whistle:

Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
