Or is it Zombie Puss? Anyway, had one Wednesday night and it was enjoyable. Wasn't quite there yet. Today, what a difference. Wonderful nose, great, great taste. I could drink this all day, every day. Perhaps it needed a bit more carb but that's being real picky.
No pics as I was brewing when I tried it but if he ever does it again, I would change nothing. I have no idea what the real beer tastes like but if it's anywhere near this, I'd keep some in my fridge.

Thx for the kind review......but what he left out is that he helped me brew it so I can't take all the credit for it.......but I DO get to keep the beer at my place so I have full control over when it's drank (or is it, drunk?). And this batch will NOT sit and wait for aging.......it will be drunk soon and often.

Okay boys if you are going to keep naming your beers Zombie this and Voodoo that then you need to make sure that all the new guys know you are from NOLA or they are going to think we harbor every wack job home brewer on this forum.... OH... Wait... Er....UM....Nevermind nothing to see here....move along; the moderator is NOT a wack job we promise he's just from NOLA and they eat a lot of stuff that isn't beef and voodooiennes have nothing to do with their brew days.
