Tuesday is Brewsday

My wife often works Tuesday evenings, so I brew then. Today was a really beery day. I brewed an IPA in the middle of the day, using some new equipment. Everything went smooth as glass. Well, except that the new pot won't boil, and I spilled wort, and I forgot to sanitize the cup before dipping a sample, and the roof guy showed up. But I stayed cool. At least my 1970s "Solid State" Waring Blender does a great job crushing grain. I think it cost me $5 at a yard sale. Then tonight I went to a homebrew meeting in town, and tasted some excellent pumpkin pie ale. And my brews received approval.

So a typical brew day, just like everyone else, is what I'm reading here.
