So here's the story: Many of you may remember that our beloved Borg buddy JoeChiante got furloughed during the recent stupidest politician festival; well we were going to take advantage of his free time and get together to taste some brews but the festival ended the very day he was going to come over.

Since he couldn't come we decided to inventory our supplies and make a brew day of it in his honor.

The final product, as you can see, is a crisp clear golden orange color with a very white head that stays all the way and has very good lacing.
Now you all know that Joe confesses to be more of a malt head than a hop head :p so he may not even like the very first beer to be named after him because this beer is ALL about hops.
The bittering addition is there but it isn't harsh and it is a flavor bomb of citrus, so much so that it might be a tad out of balance to the hop side. The rye is not shy in this one either and spices things up a bit.

So I lifted a glass in your direction during half time yesterday Joe and hope that you get to feeling better soon. If you start getting down or angry don't forget you can always come on here and poke a stick at RB, that should make you feel better.

Salud.

Great looking beer. A perfect brew to toast Joe with.
Joe, I had a bit more than I wanted to yesterday watching football but I'll lift a glass in your honor with something else in it.
All the best.
