only 10 days left till Brew-Day. What to do, what to brew?

What to do?
Disassemble and clean everything. Boil all the ball-valves & fittings. Make the starter & step it up Refit & redesign brewing rig

What to Brew?

HB, with your knowledge and brewing experience, I would go for the easiest and fastest thing you could brew that you like... Get that one going and then go for the real good ones after, at least you will have some beer to drink. That's what I would do.

Thanks Guys. I am not worried about the pipeline have about 7 gallons cold in kegs. 10 more in kegs waiting and 6 in secondary. That should get me thru the winter :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks BB's but like me you are down for the count. You would not need chains yet not much snow yet.

bent to pick something up on Monday felt a huge tear from my neck along the spine to the bottom of my feet. Pain doc say we need to wait for the swelling to go down to do any imaging & tests. At least I am off work (seasons over). Have a few parties to work which pays for my health insurance.

Another sucky thing about this is that the wife asked me if I wanted a SS chugger pump & a 50# sack of 2-row for Christmas
