Sounds good so I will use the 2.3 gram cubes 1 per each 12 oz. Bottle. But how many for the 1 liter bottle? Using the same cubes 2.3 gr  am.

1 for 12 oz. 1 liter = 33.8 ounces. 33.8 / 12 = 2.82. You'll never tell the difference using three (6.9 grams) vs. 2.82 (6.5 grams).

My LBC has been doing its thing, air lock has quit making bubbles. Tastes like flat beer, but has a crud of film on top? Is this normal looks like yeast. The film is not covering the entire top just in a few spots. Just skim if off and bottle or wait and see if it settles? :clink: :splat:

Wait a little longer  to see if it settles but do not skim it off. Most likely it won't end up in any of your bottles since it is just a few spot so it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Also make sure that you either loosen the lid some or remove the air lock before you start bottling otherwise the flow of beer will be restricted and may not flow as easily as you would expect or want it to.

You might just be seeing some dried Krausen stuck to the side and that is normal.

How long should the wort be outgassing? I'm on day 4 and it seems to have stopped. Room temp varies from 68 to 72 but never more or less than that. Is this normal or did I mess up already? Thx.

No, that's about right. The yeast still has work to do though.

@Beer Hunter: It will also vary with yeast, recipe, etc. You'll find some combinations that seem to produce CO2 for 3-4 days while others can continue for 10-14 days. That's why early on it is a good rule of thumb to let it sit for 2-3 full weeks before bottling.
