OK this stuff is really good

Last night I tried my new Amarillo Witbier. I thought it tasted kinda funky. Today I took a sample of it to the woman sunbathing in her back yard behind my house (no alterier motives there *wink wink*) to get a second opinion and a better look. She thought it was great. To her credit she said "this tastes like a wheat beer". So I thought maybe it was just my own taste it doesn't appeal to. Tonight I had another glass of it. And I must say this stuff is really good. Here is the recipe

6lbs Rahr 2 Row Barley
3 lbs White Wheat Malt
1.4 oz Cascade Hops
1 oz Citra Hops 14.5%
1oz Columbus Hops
BRY-97
Mashed at 152 for 60 minutes
Batch Sparge 10 minutes at 168
FWH 1 oz Cascade
Boiled 60 minutes
0.5 oz Citra and 0.2 oz Cascade at 15 minutes
0.5 oz Citra and 0.2 oz Cascade at 10 minutes
1oz Columbus 5 minutes
OG 1.053
FG 1.012 EST ABV 5.5% 180.7 Calories

This is your Citra wheat recipe I think that you started playing with when I made what I called "Citra Wheat Treat"... is that what you meant, Citra wheat? (I still dont' see Amarillo in it LOL, but maybe I've had too much Saison!)

I had the wrong beer when I started this out. Probably because of too many of these beers before I posted. It is my White Wheat Hoppimania II. I would go in and edit the original post but then readers would wonder what you are talking about :)

I think you need a better name for this beer anyway...

Something like:

"Too many beers, a pretty sunbather, now where the heck did I put the Amarillo?"
