So I am still getting settled in and not getting a lot of computer time until my brother's PC gets fixed and need some help.

I found how I could hover over Inkleg's and select the PM option but don't know what to put in the long skinny box where the cursor lands.

At the top Inkleg's name was already there where it says "TO" then there is the long skinny box with the I beam in it and below is a bigger box with a quote from the thread I was in when and below that the submit button.

Sooooo what do I type message in the skinny blank box or below the quote in the big box??

I don't know as well... but I would suspect it's for additional names... maybe like a "CC"?

You should type your message in the big box. I think the long skinny box is a spot to add additional names that you want to send the message to.

Yes. Don't put your message in that box. It won't get there. Not from experience or anything....

Okay I'll try sending one. I guess I just leave the the quote from the thread in there???

Or you can highlight it and press the delete button.

Okay so I sent Inkleg's PM and got one from Beer-Lord to which I replied.

Now in messages section it says there are two in my outbox and zero in sent messages.

Who wants hold my hand some more???

My outbox still shows 1 PM but I did reply to your PM back to me but don't know if you've gotten that one yet. Maybe it has a time cycle when it sends them????

Okay Paul I got your reply. So it must stay in the outbox until you open it and then go to the sent box.

Well anyway it works and I have successfully sent and received so I'm a happy camper.
