Ah yes my hops from Hops Direct arrived today. A pound of BELMA & AMARILLO YUMMY!!!!

Do not know yet thinking a smash with the Belma & 12 pounds
an IPA with the Amarillo, and some Cascades and other assorted hops think I have some Zythos left too

My order was supposed to be here today but won't get here until tomorrow. I'm not brewing for another 2 weeks anyway. Guess the weather caused more problems.

Amarillo and cascade are my favorites so far. I actually have both on hand myself. I am interest in what you come up with. Aren't they usually used for flavor and aroma as opposed to bittering?

I like both of those. I also like to use Citra for Bittering... as it doesn't take much with the high IBU's they have

I got a lb of Calypso and Belma. Never used either but I wished they had these when I brewed my coconut ipa. Guess I'll have to brew it again. Oh the pain and misery of it all!

I've been thinking about using Hops Direct but I haven't been able to brew like I did before. Thought I was back in the saddle ,but , Sadly I'm not . But soon .

I just had to buy a few ounces of different hops for two recipes, and thought about buying more to save money, but a pound is too much for me, so I stuck with one ounce pellet bags for $1.99.
