Looking into doing a nice lighter cream ale or lawn mower beer. I am building my pipeline and would like to start this after I bottle the two , cider and lime Cervasa. So I have a few weeks to come up with a recipe.

Here is what I have on hand but I can get more......

1/2 rice syrup solids
1 pound maltodextrin
2 lbs of light DME
1/2 Ozs. Hallertua
1 Ozs. Cascade
1 Ozs. Amarillo

We made one along time ago. For an LBK sized batch we used 8 ounces of rice solids and 1/4 ounce noble hops for a 60 min. boil.
I think the style is supposed to be light and crisp so I don't know if you need the maltodexrtin but a little for head retention won't hurt.

Have you plugged into a brewing software yet?

What BB said. I'd use the Hallertau for bitter. No flavor or aroma hops are necessary, though dropping a small 5min hop is what I've been prone to do.

Here's the one I have done that I like a lot, just for example purposes. It is basically the BYO Schlitz Gusto recipe, but I tend to use whatever hops I have around that I think will work. Of course, this was with lager yeast, but you could use ale yeast for a cream ale. I do about 35% or so corn in mine... So basically, with your DME and corn, plus the hallertau, you could be on your way IMHO...

It looks like it could be a nice lighter beer, but I agree with Brewbirds on the maltodextrin, I would cut that number way back to maybe .250 lb. What you got in mind with the hops? Boil times?
Edit: I use rice syrup solids in one of my recipes (Easy Blonde) It helps in keeping the beer lighter and while still adding some ABV
