Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I've got a Irish Stout in the primary right now, getting ready for St. Paddy's Day, and I'm brewing an IPA tomorrow morning. Right now I'm drinking a great Honey Saison, a Bell's Two Hearted clone, and still have a few bottles of a Christmas ale left to finish. I usually brew 2 gallon batches which gives me just the right amount to have a good variety of beer on hand. Looking forward to becoming a regular here on the site, have fun all.
