Beer Crisis?

Short but good article.
The only crisis I see listed is that the major breweries aren't selling more and more
beer every year.

This time of year, I'm more a 50/50 liquor drinker. About half the time beer and about half the time bourbon.
Some days it entirely too cold to drink beer, IMHO, so I drink bourbon.
And, alot the times I don't want the beer bloat.

I think some of this is a "trendy" thing.
And alot of us have to admit, craft brew is a trend right now.
It'll turn another way in a couple of years.
Example, my daughter's boyfriend has never smoked a cigarette in his life but, he is now smoking E-cigs.
I ask why, and was told, it's the "in" thing to do right now.

I understand what you're sayin', tt.

But I like my beer and I like my bourbon - or scotch - too much to give either one up on account of the weather. So when it gets too cold to drink beer I just chase that cold beer with the nice warmth of a sip of bourbon or scotch. And when it's too hot to drink bourbon or scotch I just chase that bourbon or scotch with a nice cold beer.

I moved south so, with a few exceptions, it's never too cold to drink a beer. (esp. if you're an expatriated buckeye) ;)
