Heat Stick 101

Could those of you in the know give me a run down on heat sticks please?
I use this sink for washing bottles among other things and an alkaline brewery wash that recommends a temp of 140F.
I'd like to be able to reheat/maintain heat so I can conserve water (and cleanser) by letting the bottles pile up until I have a couple of soaks worth per wash day.
BB2 saw a heat stick on Amazon but it was only a thousand watts with a max temp of 150F.
Basically I'm interested in how to shop for a good quality one and if it would serve my purpose.
