.5 Lbs Victory Malt
.25 Lbs C20
.25 Lbs Carapils
Hops:

I'd move the 45 minute addition to 0. I might even increase the C20 to 1/2 pound too.
Did you put this info into any software yet to see where it gets you IBU wise?
But, what you have looks good. I just think most IPA's benefit with a 60 minute addition and then, lots of late additions. Finally, a great majority of IPA's have a dry hop addition. It all depends on how much nose you want.

I tell ya what... Munich is fantastic in my pale ale. I bet it would be awesome in this IPA. I feel it helps take the edge off the bitterness of the hops. Coupled with FWH (basically just add that 60 minute addition into the wort before the boil), and hop bursting late additions, it should make for a real smooth brew.

Right around 60 IBU per brewers friend and qBrew.

So, should I take the 45 magnum, put that at 30, and move the simcoe to a 0?

S'up to you but I've found the 45 minute only adds bite and no flavor or aroma so I've removed that from all my IPA's. I've pretty much gone from 1 FWH or 60 minute then everything else 20 and below with a large dry hop as well. Personally, I think the Magnum at 30 and the Simcoe at 0 would work well.

Got her bottled today. 1.012 FG, so 6.7%. I way over shot the OG, came in at 1.064.

Ended up doing:
1/2 oz Magnum @ 60
1/2 oz Simcoe @ 30
1/2 oz Falconers @ 15
1/2 oz Centennial @ 5
1/2 oz Simcoe @ 0

I am calling this Triumpf IPA. Triumpf is German for Victory, so it is a nod to the Munich and Victory malts I used. Really pleased with how this came out at bottling. Thanks for the input guys!
