Because I can be cheap-free yeast

Did a 2L starter of 1007 and though I don't use it much, figured I'd try a few recipes with it besides fake lagers. After 30 hours on the stir plate, I got 4 jars out of it. Not bad for $6 yeast.
After a few days of cold crashing, I'll decant the beer off and fill with water I've already boildd and chilled and basically have pristine yeast. I find this easier and better than washing yeast but I'm lazy.
I'm pretty sure that if I put 2 of these together, it's more than enough for a 1.065-70 beer.
