I helped the twin brew today and it was the perfect day for brewing outdoors (sorry for those not so lucky). We enjoyed some awesome homebrew too. Pliny, Blind Pig, Coconut IPA and the local Ghost. Can't ask for a better brew day.
Did a simple IPA (barely an IPA) for some session drinking.

I think he's gonna increase the dry hops a bit but he wanted something between a hoppy pale ale and a session IPA.

80 IBUs in a 1.058 gravity should get you what you want :laugh

Would you by chance be willing to share the Coconut IPA? Im in the process of putting together a chocolate coconut porter or stout by the request of SWMBO, but she is also an IPA lover and that may be something interesting to try if only a 2.5 gallon batch as a tester.

Sure thing. In fact, I have more of the hops from the original recipe and plan to remake it soon.
Do you have Beersmith? I can export it for you but if you want the original recipe I followed before I made hop changes (and a few other minor changes) you can see his video as well as look at the notes below the video which shows his exact recipe.

I've emailed Ryan and he was helpful with the questions I had regarding the coconut. In fact, I was supposed to send him one of mine and forgot and they are all gone. :)
