Brew Kettle is a small brewery/smokehouse in Strongsville, OH; a suburb of Cleveland. I picked this up along with two others of theirs a couple weekends ago while visiting my brother.
This is a wonderful IPA. It pours really clear, orange with a nice white head.
The aroma is awesome. Full of citrus, with floral hints and a little piney. It's a West Coast IPA at it's best.
The taste is awesome too. It's got a medium mouthfeel. And the aromas carry over right into the taste. It's got a great smooth bitterness without being overkill. It's a semi dry IPA, with only a touch of sweet flavor to it. Which is exactly how I like 'em.
Wow...this beer really tasty. It's extremely balanced. The bitterness, aroma, flavor and body all mesh together without one outshining the other.
MMmmmmm.

Oh yea....the price was what you would expect for a 6 pack of craft... I think it was $8 or $9. And I can get their stuff where I live too. Just have to see if I can get this again. AND....they make a Black Raja also. Got to find that. Or get my brother up north to score a 6 pack for me and bring it down with him the next time he comes for a visit.

I like their "4 C's" pale ale quite a lot.
