I was at the Natural Grocers and I noticed Sierra Nevada mustard. Same logo as what is on the beer. So I picked up some hot and spicy. I read the ingredients today, the 4th one listed was Porter. I tried some on a burger today and it is some really good stuff. All natural ingredients and wonderful flavor.

And here I thought this post might be about something silly like a rauchbier with a little mustard seed added.

Before I became a beer aficionado, someone gave me something called Fuggle Mustard. It was a good, somewhat spicy mustard; fairly grainy, as I recall. I don't know if it had Fuggle hops in it, and I tried searching for it online once, but I don't think I was successful.

I think porter would be a good ingredient in mustard.

Might me. I seem to remember a different picture on the label, but it's been about 20 years, and I can't remember what I had for breakfast, so don't take anything I say as gospel.
