stretching the limit

my first 10 gallon batch.
with 10.5 gallon mash/boil pot
custom brew bag
two propane burners
about 19.5 lb grain bill
hope all the water and grains fit into the bop.
i have my pulley system setup, hope its not a PITA.
not sure on my sparging, will wait and see, i plan on having plenty of hot water standing by.
it has been awhile since i have had to worry about boil overs.
i am thinking about a 7 gallon starting volume.
then top off.
5 gallons will going on an amber yeast cake, the other will get 05 between two LBKs.
qbrew has OG 1.057 and final at 1.014
i would like to have a starting gravity of 1.065, but not sure if my setup can handle the extra 3 or so pounds of 2 row.
any feedback is welcome
thanks
