Thanks to you, I am considering an IPA single hopped with Centinials.

Hey Gymrat, I hope you won't be disapointed and I wish I had one to send you but alas they didn't last long. Ours was based on a Bell's Two Hearted clone that BB2 found.

Inkleg picked up a bit of harshness from it but he thinks it was the choice of yeast or mash temps, I'm sure yours will turn out great.

I just discovered I only have 3oz of Centinials on hand. So now I am back to the drawing board trying to decide what to brew today.

If you go small 2.5 gal. You could get a nice Pale Ale in with 3 Ozs. Of Centential.

I don't like to do small batches. If I am going to spend 5 hours in the brewery I want at least 2 cases out of it.
