I think I have found the hop for my summer beer

The hint of lime looks perfect for a refreshing summer beer. I am going to try my usual wheat grain bill, 6lbs 2 row, 3lbs white wheat with .8 oz FWH, then 2oz at 10 minutes, then cool to 160 and add one or maybe 2oz for a 30 minute hop stand. I also ordered some of that workhorse yeast. It claims to have high attenuation, which I like in my wheat beers, and optimal fermenting range of 59 to 90F meaning less risk of off flavors from warm fermentations.
I would love to brew this weekend but I don't have a fermenter free. And I would prefer to do this beer in my conical over a plastic bucket. So it may be a couple of weeks before I brew it. This is where I think a second conical would be nice to have. Or maybe even a brew bucket like Paul bought. Though I am pretty spoiled on dropping the yeast cake out from under my beer after primary fermentation is done. I think that is contributing to the cleaner taste I am getting in my beers since buying my conical.

Roger, FYI, Farmhouse has a special until 1 PM today 10% off 1 lb bags of hops (not sure if there are certain ones or not):
Lets HOP into spring brewing with 10% off all 1 pound hop packs! Use the discount code: 10OFFLBS when checking out.
I'm going to experiment with Belma, Helga and Calypso this summer doing a number of hopbursting, near session-ish IPA's. White wheat is on the list for 1 of them and the others I am still working on.
And no, though I wanted to, I did not buy ANY hops on sale or otherwise. I have pounds I need to go thru first.

Yep that is why I visited there. I ended up buying stuff I wasn't planning on buying. Their shipping is very reasonable. I paid a total of $21 for half a pound of hops and 2 packages of yeast. Given hops at our LBHS are $3 an ounce and dry yeast is $6 a package, I would say I did pretty well.

Sounds interesting....and a wheat beer sounds like the perfect place to give them a shot.

I'm glad you guys are buying. I looked at the page 3 times and added to my cart then told myself I have hops getting old in the fridge I have to use and deleted the cart. I may be cured from my problem for awhile.
And I have plenty of good hops.....even giving some to the twin to use on his brews.

I have a few pounds of hops waiting in line as well. I need to work on my addiction too. I need to do some IPAs and APAs in the near future. I even have an unopened half pound of cascades, when I saw cascades for $12.59 a pound I almost ordered one.

I'm going to use my Wai-Iti (lemon, lime, mandarin orange) in a patersbier this summer. And a wheat.

No purchasing here, I already have more hops that I know what to do with (and it's not much).
Clearly, I need to brew more.
I actually recall seeing a "new" hop at my LHBS last week, I just can't remember the name right now.

I used Pacific Jade for the first time -- also a New Zealand hops -- in my PacTiki Pale Ale. I'm bottling it tomorrow, and I think it's gonna be good.

I am interested in hearing how that comes out.

It's fairly high Alpha, but not strong or harsh, which kind of surprised me when I took a taste from the FG sample. That was before I dry hopped, so maybe with more aroma, it'll come forward a little. Not a medal-winner, I don't imagine, but it'll be a good, refreshing beer for the early summer evenings, I'm thinking.
Here's some detail on it:
