I haven't been around much because of life in general.
But for those that care, I'm still kickin' and I've got a Fresh Squeezed clone
cooling right now as I have an Amarillo/Citra starting to mash!
Both are 5 gal AG batches and they are in preparation for my daughters wedding next month and
if anyone is interested, I'll post the recipes!
Thanks to FedoraDave, I used his idea to give the groomsmen and the bridesmaids beer as a gift!
My daughter insisted I include the bridesmaids!
Have a fantastic Easter BORG and thanks for letting me hang out when I can!
Double brew day today!

Kudos to you TT. I've thought of brewing two at once, but they'd both be 2.5g extract batches.

Re: Double brew day today!
Thanks BORG! ! It was a very long day, and I made the mistake of partaking a little too enthusiastically.
The whole day took about 10 hrs start to finish. I could have cut a little time on the mashes,
but I like to mash for 75 mins no matter what I'm brewing! Makes me feel like I'm getting all I
can outta my grain!
I did get one in the bucket using no chill, and the other goes in the bucket in just a few minutes!
Here are the recipes I did. The AmaCit is probably one of my best recipes yet, to me anyway!
Hope to spend a little more time here again!
