I'm using up my open ingredients before the summer. This will be my last brew until August.
I have crushed 12 oz of Munich and 12oz Victory that I would like to use. I'm using light dme to make up the base.
How does it look? Will victory and munich work in these amounts? I have a little C10 ,C40 and C80 that I could use.
How does the hop schedule look? I still have .20 of Magnum to play with.
Thanks for any suggestions. I'll be giving a lot of this away because I have too much beer right now. (unless of course it turns out to be really great>

Looks pretty good. I think it will come out pretty balanced too. If you still have .20 ounces magnum to play with, you might consider a 3 or 5 day dry hop with it, then you wouldn't have a solo bag of hops laying around. Might as well use it.

I have a few ounces of some different hops in my freezer that I'm going to use for some session IPA's and like you, they won't go to waste and go right my tastebuds then into the stomach.
What's not to like about Columbus hops?
