Want to know how this turns out. I have 3# wheat dme and 2oz of El-Dorado and some Notty and S-05 here. I almost did something similar today but then discovered I had time to mash so I did something else instead.

I haven't used this hop yet, so I am excited to see what it produces.

This came out really good. Tropical fruit flavor was there. Like it a lot, the combo of 05 and ElDorado is good, very tasty.

Did you get a hoppy bite at all? I'm normally a bit of a hophead, but I've found I like my wheat beers subdued.

Not a huge hop bite. Nice flavor.
