Well really Brewed this yesterday, Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. It's named 'Battered Bastard of Bastogne'. It's a Belgian Strong Dark Ale with American Hops - hopwfully similiar to 21st Ammendment Monk's Blood. The beer is named after a nickname for the 101st Airborne. They successfully defended the city of Bastogne in Belgium from the Germans during the Battle of the Bulge in WW2. The city was a major road crossroads thus a vitally important objective.

The battle took place in late Dec 1944 - this brew should be ready for Dec. 20th the first day of the battle.

That looks like it's going to be a tasty beer. I'm calling it 1.084 from my angle. :clink:
