I've made this before, and it's a good stand-by, summertime beer.
This batch is three weeks in the bottle, and only chilled a couple of days, but I took a taste anyway.
Verdict: Pretty darn good. Some bitterness from the lime zest, but no biggie, and as it warm-conditions, it'll blend a little bit more. This is going to be a good lawnmower/bbq beer, so my timing was spot-on. Between this and the Bit O' Bitter I bottled last week, summer beers are hitting their stride at Fedora Brauhaus!
