I am sitting in Ralph`s brewery with a nice boil going on his Summer IPA. I am thinking this high velocity fan is worth every dime of the $70 I spent on it. It really kicks out a lot of wind. I have it sitting outside the door blowing cool air on me.

I'm here at Fool's Gold Brewing Co. having a brew day as well. I love the smell of hops boiling. and this one has some lemon and orange peel, so mmmmm!

That does sound good Amy.
My ground water was 72 degrees today so I had to break out my pond pump and cooler full of ice water to recirculate through my chiller. I did get my wort to 65F and now it is in the conical with the BRY-97 getting ready to have a hedonistic party.

Also I don't know if I didn't get as much volume as I was expecting or what, but my OG was 1.060

Fedora Brauhaus had a productive day, also, producing 2.5 gallons of South Ferry Steam Beer. In spite of an early start, it was still fairly hot in the kitchen, but it looks like it's going to be a good batch.
