There is a beer fest in town Saturday. Over 40 breweries lined up to come. I paid my $35 to get in. Just this morning they changed the forecast to 50% chance of thunderstorms.

Less people will show up and you can score some take homes maybe?????
We've had some heavy rains a few days in a row here with some street flooding and tree damage. El Nino is supposed to make much of our area wetter than normal.

If your weather "guessers" are as accurate as the ones around here, you're either screwed of will have a great time...
Hope all works out for you. I missed one we had around here last weekend because my wife thought it'd be best if I didn't carb load on beer the day before a morning 5K mud/obsticle run... I'm sure she was right...

Had a crap moment myself for the Michigan Beerfest coming up. Dropped off several 8oz samples of different hops to a brewery - I believe they were Cascade, Centennial, Crystal, Zeus, and Nugget. They do a special cask opening almost every Thursday of something different, and if it gets good reviews it goes on rotation. I was quite excited when he said he was doing a batch with all the samples as figured it would be a Thursday treat. Nope, it will be his special batch at the festival. The only year I forgot to get tickets. And it is sold out. I would have happily put up with rain!

Any chance they can get you in as a "guest brewer" or something? The answer is always no unless you ask...

Just take one of those little drink umbrellas to keep the rain out of your beer.

Is there a chance they'll move it to an indoor venue?
