Since all this Stone talk I am looking at a recipe I have been playing with. What do you all think of this?

Some talk of using candied sugar with this.
Batch Notes
I am thinking the wyeast 1056 because of the high ABV. I have seen a couple suggestions on candied sugar but I am not familiar with using it or why you would.
