Was she talking about some local brewery, or just that there are imported bottles in stores?

I've got these three brewed right here in Southern Minnesota in the second oldest family owned brewery in America...

Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

I believe she was talking about imports. I have not even seen any from a local brewery. I was sure Jolly Pumpkin brewed one. If I ever get back down to A^2 I need to check or have the kid's check for me.

If you have Whole Foods you should be able to get this...

If I recall correctly, this place might not be to far for you to check out. Or just call them. They have aisle after aisle of import beer: http://merchantsfinewine.com/

It's where I used to go to get my German Hefeweisse before I started brewing my own.

Looks like they currently have:

Berliner Weisse 1809 Berliner Weisse
Berliner Weisse Bahnhoff Berliner Weisse

Bob, I just realized I know of a Berliner Weiss that is from a Michigan brewery- Bell's Brewery makes one called Oarsman Ale that is actually quite good.
