I'm a Doomass!

While planning my Scwarzbier recipe for today, being so used to working on
6 gallon recipes, forgot I was going to have to lager in two LBK'S! :?

I had already started mashing before discovering the error, now I have a beer that is going to end up
about 1.063 OG instead of 1.053 and if it hits all the numbers, will be about 6.5 ABV!

I won't tell SWMBO! She love this style beer! :D

Not a tragedy by any stretch, but not the way to try to replicate a nice beer!

Ok no love! :D

I'm using leftover 1.25 gallons as an ale.

I have Notty, S04 and US05 yeast, which goes best with the style?

Uhm nope, I try to steer clear of Doomasses, I have enough problems in my life. :p

Other than that I'd go with the Notty and see how it turns out.
