Let's name some names

Post by berryman »

I know this has been brought up before, but I always wonder what happened to some of the good posters/members we all use to know back in the MB day's? With the rabbitman finding us and brewing again that is good. I think about Monkeyman, Texas brewer, morebeerhere, K9dude and many others and a lot I had beer exchanges with. Maybe they quit brewing and moved on to other things. Name some names you miss......

I haven't seen any of them on my occasional forays back to the Mr B site. I guess they must have just moved on.

Didn't the Rev pop up here once or twice?

Also, I did an RCE here with K9Dude, but after that, he sort of dropped off. Not sure why.

I've been worried about Time Traveler for quite some time now.
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

bpgreen posts quite a bit in the MB thread on HBT. Still giving great advise to the newbies that post over there. Might have to send him a PM over there and let him know the gang is over here...

What about former MrB forum poster Ken Lee? I don't remember his tag at that forum. He has located pretty close to me, according to UnTappd.

I remember meeting Kenny in a Washington state brew pub for beers about three years ago, I think we sat drank and talked for hours. He later took a tour of the Untied States visiting every brewery he passed along the way. He's hit me up on FaceBook since then as he built a new bar after he moved, but I don't remember seeing his posts lately.

Sort of on topic I've been wondering why there aren't very many of the noobs that signed up here earlier that post.

There are a lot guys to miss that don't post here or don't post as frequently but the one I miss most is our funny man JoeChiante.
