This week I find myself in Phoenix, Az, so last night decided to treat myself to some Dinner at Four Peaks Brewery which is only about 20 minutes from where I'm staying. I had very good meal of the Kilt Lifter Filet couple with a Kilt Lifter Scottish ale and follow up with a Hop Knot IPA. Both of which were outstanding. If you're ever in the Phoenix Area make sure to stop by, it is definitely worth it.

I like the Hop Knot so much that I got a sixer to go! Also added a pint glass to my growing collection.

A good meal with good beer. That's a winning combo.
