Ingredients

Briess LME - Bavarian Wheat 2.00 lb, Extract, Extract
Briess LME - Golden Light 2.00 lb, Extract, Extract
carapils - [Body, Head] 0.25 lb, Grain, Steeped

Sterling - Zpicy, herbal hop with a hint of citrus. Can be used as both a bittering and aroma hop0.30 oz, Pellet, 10 minutes
Sterling - Zpicy, herbal hop with a hint of citrus. Can be used as both a bittering and aroma hop0.70 oz, Pellet, 40 minutes

Corriander Seed 0.50 unit, Spice, Crush then add 10 minutes before flameout Teaspoon
Lemon Peal 1.50 unit, Spice, 10 minutes before flameout Teaspoon
Orange Peel, Sweet 1.00 unit, Spice, 10 minutes before flameout Teaspoon
Safbrew T-58 Dry Ale Yeast 1.00 unit, Yeast, Temperature Range: 59°-75° F 11.5 GRAMS

Notes

Recipe Notes:
Add 3 Quarts of filtered tap water to 20qt pot and heat to 165*F turn off heat and add grains and steep for 30min.
Remove grains, add 9 quarts boiling water and LME, bring to rolling boil.
Add Bittering Hops and boil for 30 min
Add Flavor hops and spices, boil for 10 min.
Chill wort to 75*F
Pour WORT into fermenter, Aerate well.
Pitch Yeast wait 30 min
Mix well to Aerate
Place keg in cool area and maintain 70-75*F temp for 21 days

Batch Notes:
OG = 1.057 @ 75*F

Using up some LME that is getting old, so made this (The Yeast is 09 2014 too).

So made a quick recipe to use it up.

I notice I have several Mr. Beer HME that are near dates too so I need to get busy and use them up
