For the first time in forever

...with apologies to Frozen

I brewed on 4 back to back weekends and the pipeline is going to be really full.

I've got (in various stages):
15-minute Maris Otter LME batch
15-minute Maris Otter LME batch #2
Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale
Fresh Squeezed IPA clone

I know some of you are in this pattern already but it has been a while since I've brewed that much. October will be a good (and plentiful) beer month!

Nice! I don't have room to keep so many fermenters going all at once. Wish I did though.

I'm dying to brew again but need to wait for the knee to heal then I'm going to do a few in a short period of time.
Got some good ideas planned throughtout the fall and into next spring.

That's great Ron, nothing like a full pipeline.

That's great! I did the same thing, after the summer hiatus. Got my second fiver going yesterday, and am all set to keep to a weekly brewing schedule through to spring.

In the carboy is the Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale clearing before the cold crash and dry hopping. It looks much darker due to the tint of the carboy.

The box behind it houses the 15-minute Maris Otter Pale Ale (Marilyn).

Great thread. I have two small fermenters going, which are my first since March. Looking forward to getting a few more going soon.

Is it just me or is anybody else tempted to take a straw and just suck that creamy krausen out of the carboy?

It's been a long time since I've had this much activity going on, but it's nice. I've been enjoying a lot of commercial beers lately so it will eb nice to have multiple choices at home, too. And, I just blew the keg of Levitation so there's an empty spot in the kegerator. By the time the NS Pale Ale is ready the keg of Gumbalhead Clone (Amarillo Pale Ale) will be gone, too.

All looks good Kealia, must be we are all getting into the mood and timeframe to get brewing hard again, I got 3 -5's going now and just bottled 5 last week.
