I was looking for you recently and haven't seen you post much lately and am glad you're posting again. Maybe I just missed your posts but it seems like you were absent for awhile.

Must have been the hydrocodone. :)
Just haven't heard Ralph barking lately. Glad all is well.

When do you add the Bourbon? Since I hardly secondary, would it be ok to just soak the oak chips in bourbon a few days then add that to the primary shortly before kegging?

I never secondary. I will put the oak in a mason jar with the bourbon today and add it to the beer next week when primary fermentation is over.
