While perusing around mid city tonite, we went to a small wine place that also has a few local beers on tap. They had a wine and beer tasting and we met one of the owners of Finch's Brewing in Chicago. Seems that want a piece of NOLA.
I had a taste of 4 of their beers and the best was their DIPA and Stout (with real vanilla). While both were good and I took some home, the stout was exceptional. They plan on having draft soon but for now, they come in 4 packs of 16 oz cans.

Sounds like a great joint! Would def try the stout. I'm really digging that style lately, especially after having a Narwhal this past Monday.
